During Maths week (week 4), we have been focussing on Geometry. We had a choice of 10 different Geometry based activities. We needed to select 5 different activities and provide evidence when completed.

What I enjoyed about this maths week was:
I enjoyed the maths question's at the start of the day because I was working well with all of the other students to work out the questions. Also the different maths rotations was fun.
What I challenged during this week doing:

My next step in Geometry is:

Breakdown of Rainfall in Christchurch between 10-17 of June
But why would there be so much rainfall in the past week? Just think it is the middle of winter. My theory behind so much rain 65mm to be exact is because Christchurch in the winter is a very cold and miserable place to be, unlike other city's on the other side of the world. This is because we are so much further away from the equator than these other city's. Also when it rains in Christchurch it just keeps on raining and it feels like it never stops.
